From Pierre to Sioux Falls

I grew up in Pierre, South Dakota, and my first real estate project wasn't a house. It was a set of storage units my dad and I bought land for and built together. That project hooked me on real estate and investing, and on the idea that property can change a family's future.

I moved to Sioux Falls after college, and when COVID-19 hit I took a hard look at where my career was headed. I knew I wanted work that combined two things I care about: helping people and real estate. That's how I ended up at Keller Williams Realty Sioux Falls, where I'm now a Broker Associate.

I've never really left home, either. Along with Sioux Falls and its surrounding towns, I help buyers and sellers in Pierre, Fort Pierre and the communities around them, the place I grew up and still know street by street. To date I've closed more than 100 homes and over $28 million in sales across South Dakota.

Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions a family makes. I don't take that trust lightly. My job isn't to plug your bedroom count into a search engine. It's to understand what your family actually needs, hand-pick homes that fit, and tell you honestly what I think.

The part I enjoy most is connecting people with the right resources. Over the last five years in Sioux Falls I've built relationships with lenders, inspectors, contractors, landscapers and handymen I'd trust with my own home. When you work with me, you get that whole network, long after closing day.

• Built for relocation. Moving from out of state? I'll attend showings and open houses for you on video and give you my honest take.
